Scheduled - This weekend we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2025.10.03 Service Update to production. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice SupplierLink, RFx and OFS directory, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MT on Friday, October 3rd while the service update is applied to the environment.

Updated release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center on Friday. During the service update, maintenance, users may experience complete or intermittent unavailability across multiple systems, including: Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers. RFx and the OFS Directory.
