OpenInvoice Infrastructure Maintenance: Friday, June 20th 6:00 pm MT Jun 20, 2025 18:00-22:00 MDT

We will be conducting infrastructure maintenance this weekend. While the maintenance is in progress, the OpenInvoice production environment, including OpenInvoice SupplierLink, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MT on Friday, June, 20th.

During the infrastructure maintenance, Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.

Scheduled - This weekend we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2025.06.13 Service Update to production. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice SupplierLink, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MT on Friday June 13th while the service update is applied to the environment.

Updated release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center on Friday.

During the service update, Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.

Resolved - The Enverus technical team has restored service to the OpenInvoice production environment. We will continue to monitor the environment and will make our Root Cause Analysis available upon request once it is available.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an OpenInvoice service disruption. The Enverus technical team is working with our third party infrastructure provider to restore service as quickly as possible. Another update will be provided by 3:00pm MT.
