This weekend we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2025.11.14 Service Update to production. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice SupplierLink, RFx and OFS directory, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MT on Friday, November 14th while the service update is applied to the environment.
Updated release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center on Friday.
During the service update, Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.

We will be conducting infrastructure maintenance the weekend of November 15th. While the maintenance is in progress, the OpenInvoice production environment, including OpenInvoice SupplierLink, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 7:00 am MT on Saturday, November 15th.
During the scheduled infrastructure maintenance, users may experience complete or intermittent unavailability across multiple systems, including: Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers. RFx and the OFS Directory.
