OpenInvoice 2026.10.16 Service Update - Production Deployment Oct 16, 2026 18:00-22:00 MDT
This weekend we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2026.10.16 Service Update to production. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice SupplierLink, RFx and OFS directory, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MT on Friday, October 16th while the service update is applied to the environment.
Updated release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center on Friday.
During the service update, Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.
