OpenInvoice Infrastructure Maintenance: Friday April 25th 6:00 pm MT Apr 25, 2025 18:00-22:00 MDT

We will be conducting infrastructure maintenance this weekend. While the maintenance is in progress, the OpenInvoice production environment, including OpenInvoice SupplierLink, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MT on Friday, April 25th.

During the infrastructure maintenance, Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.

Scheduled - This weekend we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2025.04.11 Service Update to production. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice SupplierLink, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MT on Friday April 11th while the service update is applied to the environment.

Updated release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center on Friday.

During the service update, Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.
