Scheduled - This weekend we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2019.12.13 Quarterly Release to our public test environments (Onboard and UAT). The public test environments will experience a brief service disruption around 2:00 am MST on Saturday, November 30th while the quarterly release is applied to each environment. We are planning to deploy the quarterly release to production on Friday, December 13th.

Release notes describing all items included in the quarterly release will be available in the Resource Center on Friday, November 29th.

Scheduled - We will be conducting infrastructure maintenance this weekend. While the maintenance is in progress, the OpenInvoice production environment, including OpenInvoice Supplier Link, will be unavailable for 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MST on Friday, November 29th.

During the infrastructure maintenance, Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.

Scheduled - Tonight we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2019.11.22 Service Update to the OpenInvoice production environment. This release addresses an issue that causes the invoice attachment window to close unexpectedly for some users.

Please note the OpenInvoice production and public test environments will remain available during tonight’s deployment.

Updated release notes with details on all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center by the end of the day.
