Scheduled - This weekend we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2021.05.21 Service Update to our public test environments (Onboard and UAT). The public test environments will experience a brief service disruption around 2:00 am MDT on Saturday, May 8th while the service update is applied to each environment. We are planning to deploy the service update to production on Friday, May 21st.

Release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center on Friday, May 7th.

Scheduled - In addition to the maintenance notice regarding the UAT environment Friday sent earlier today, the Enverus technical team will also be conducting infrastructure maintenance in Production for a short period during this time.

The configuration changes involve tuning memory settings to address intermittent stability issues encountered by some of our users.

OpenInvoice, OpenTicket and SupplierLink will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour starting at 6:00 pm MDT (7:00 pm CT) on Friday, May 7th.

The OpenInvoice Onboard environment will remain available during this time.
