OpenInvoice 2026.05.15 Service Update - Production Deployment May 15, 2026 18:00-22:00 MDT
This weekend we will be deploying the OpenInvoice 2026.05.15 Service Update to production. The OpenInvoice and OpenTicket production environment, including OpenInvoice SupplierLink, RFx and OFS directory, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 6:00 pm MT on Friday, May 15th while the service update is applied to the environment.
Updated release notes describing all items included in the service update will be available in the Resource Center on Friday.
During the service update, Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) users will have reduced functionality when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers.

OpenInvoice Infrastructure Maintenance: 2026.05.16 7:00AM MT May 16, 2026 07:00-11:00 MDT
We will be conducting infrastructure maintenance this weekend. While the maintenance is in progress, the OpenInvoice production environment, including OpenInvoice SupplierLink, RFx and OFS directory, will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours starting at 7:00 am MT on Saturday, May 16th .
During the scheduled infrastructure maintenance, users may experience reduced functionality across multiple systems. This includes limited capabilities within the Oilfield Services Suite (OSS) when managing tickets for OpenTicket customers. RFx and the OFS Directory will also be impacted, with potential disruptions or reduced performance during this time.
